The Agility Center text messages

Terms and privacy for text messages · updated 2026-10-08

What we text

If you tick a box on one of our forms saying The Agility Center may text you, we may text you about the offer on that form (for example, a trial class), a reminder before it runs out, class openings, events, and news and offers.

Texting is optional. Booking, waivers and registration are never conditional on agreeing to texts.

Class updates (cancellations, schedule changes, reminders) have their own separate box. Receipts and account messages come by email either way.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies. Some texts may be sent automatically.

We only send marketing texts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stopping texts and getting help

Reply STOP to any text and we stop texting that number. STOP also turns off class-update texts; to get those again, text START to the same number, then turn them back on in your parent portal.

Reply HELP for help, or ask the front desk. You can also tell the front desk you want texts stopped.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Who can sign up

Texts are for parents and guardians. By ticking the box you confirm you are 18 or older and the main user of that phone number. Please do not enter a child’s phone number.

Your privacy

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone else for their marketing.

We use your number to run your account with us: the texts you asked for, class updates if you chose them, and calls from our front desk. The service providers that run our messaging and records handle it only on our behalf.

We keep a record of when you agreed to texts.
